For the 1L Twizzoly, we recommend using about 85-100 grams of coarsely ground coffee. This creates a concentrate that you can dilute with water or milk. If you prefer a ready-to-drink strength, use about 60-70 grams.

Coarsely ground coffee (like the consistency of sea salt) is best for cold brew. Fine grounds can clog the filter and result in a cloudy brew. Any roast works, but many find that medium or dark roasts highlight the natural sweetness of cold brew best.

Thanks to our airtight silicone seals, your cold brew concentrate will stay fresh and delicious for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. For the best flavor, we recommend removing the filter and grounds after the initial 12-24 hour steep.

Twizzoly is made from high-quality borosilicate glass, which is far more durable than standard glass and highly resistant to thermal shock. While we designed it for cold brew, it can technically handle hot water for tea as well.

Absolutely! It works perfectly for loose leaf or bagged tea. Simply place the tea in the filter, add cold water, and steep in the fridge for 6-12 hours for a crisp, refreshing iced tea without the bitterness.

Cleanup is easy. Dump the grounds into your compost or bin, then rinse the filter under running water. For a deeper clean, all components are 100% dishwasher safe. We recommend placing the filter on the top rack.

We pack our glass with extreme care, but if it happens to arrive damaged, just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
